How Do I...
Make An Appointment?

Consultations are by appointment only and may be made by telephoning 01324 622826 or simply by calling at the surgery. This includes matters which patients feel need to be dealt with on the day. In the event that appointments are delayed, we would ask for patience; the probable cause is that another patient has required additional time. If you cannot keep an appointment, please inform us as soon as possible to allow us to offer the appointment to someone else.

In the event of medical emergencies such as chest pain, sudden shortness of breath, loss of consciousness or sudden weakness in arm or a leg etc, please contact 999 directly.

How Do I...
Obtain Telephone Consultations?

The practice has telephone consultations with each doctor each day for test results, medication or other matters.

How Do I...
Obtain A Home Visit?

Generally, home visits are only available for those patients who are unable to come to the surgery and are housebound because of illness or debility. Visits can be requested by calling 01324 622826 and a member of the team will call you back.

How Do I...
Obtain Test Results?

The doctor or nurse should be able to give you an idea of how long you are likely to wait for your test result – some results take longer than others. The practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. We will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of the results or they are not capable of understanding the results.

We now have a dedicated telephone line for results - please telephone 01324 628657 between 9.30am and 3.30pm.
