Obtain A Repeat Prescription?
Prescriptions will be ready for collection within two working days after ordering.
We do not accept prescriptions requests by telephone. Please complete a request form and place it in the "post box" at the surgery entrance. Alternatively, you can post your request to us
and we will be happy to post it back to you if you provide a stamped, addressed envelope. You may also request your prescription by e-mailing us at FV-UHB.WallaceFLKscripts@nhs.net.
Please inform us if a chemist will be collecting your prescription.
